My friend and I visited last week and had an absolute ball - we took part in the Pilates class, used the beautiful swimming pool and had the most amazing treatments. I love Elemis treatments and they didn't disappoint !! The location is great, right next to the canal. We have re-booked. Definately recommend
I've often thought about popping in here for a massage as its very conveniently located for me. Recently i did and i regretted it instantly. For me a massage is about relaxation and peace and quiet. This was not what i got. The noise was everywhere and awful. There aren't walls but partitions between the areas hence you can hear everything being said in the adjacent rooms. the spa manager was walking around slamming doors immediately outside and talking at the top of her voice calling everyone "lovie" including me which i personally hate. The room on the other side had a therapist spray tanning who had to shout over the sound of the spray and wouldn't quieten down even when asked. I heard all about the staffs conversation with her mother as she regaled it to her colleague. I mentioned this to my therapist and she did nothing, but quite happily asked "how was that for you" at the end?????
lovely relaxing day, staff lovely, Value for money. Been to other spa's and this is the best value for money out of all of them. Treatments excellent will book again. Nice venue next to Sea Life Centre, so can relax on canals before going to Spa.
