The Best facial I have ever had :) 45mins of pure heaven.
Facilities were great - all working and a great standard - good pool and Jacuzzi - steam room and sauna slightly small - we were on a hen do and couldn't all fit in at once

Had a lovely spa day at Bannatynes. Massage included use of gym and facilities all day, very clean and staff were welcoming. Me and my 2 friends had our massages together and really enjoyed them. Would definitely recommend and go again.
The thing that I enjoyed most was being able to receive treatment in the same room as my partner. After I relieved my treatment the therapist recommended a cream I should buy as I have a lactic acid build up, this was the first time I had received feedback on where my problem areas were and what to do. I would definitely return as it is excellent value for money.
I was really excited to be taking my mom on this spa day along with my sister and cousin.
The welcome we had at reception was great, they could not of been anymore helpful.
As I have been on a spa day before I kind of knew what to expect, unfortunately I have to say I was a little disappointed :( Some of the areas around the spa were not very clean, especially the changing rooms (rubbish on the floor, towels lying around) and steam room (again rubbish on the seating area and hair all on the floor!). Although there were cleaners around all the time they only seemed to be emptying the towels.
My sister and I used the gym and were really happy with what was on offer. My mom and cousin enjoyed sitting on the loungers round the pool.
We all had our treatments in the afternoon and although the therapists were running late they kept us updated while we sat in waiting area. We all came out feeling very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our treatments.
It was a shame they didn't have any facilities on site for you to get something to eat and would of been nice to have have free drinks on offer!
Overall we did have a lovely day but don't think I would return in a hurry.
This review is for The Bannatyne Spa in Banbury, sorry I could not find it in the list so then, I choose this one to give my feedback. I went to the Spa in December, it had been recently opened, it is well located, has great facilities. I had a fantastic birthday celebration, as my friend treat me to it. We shared a room to have our therapy together and then we enjoyed the hot stoned beds, it was after we had enjoyed all the facilities of their gym and swimming pool. It was truly and unforgetable birthday. Thank you!! Pauline Vallance.
