The place is lovely and the staff is very professional and thoughtful. She understood perfectly the haircut I wanted and even advised me about my hair. The haircut included hair washing, which was followed by a lovely (and very relaxing) scalp massage. I was very satisfied with everything (including, and most importantly, my new haircut).

That Hair Place consistently delivers one of the best haircuts I have had in London. The atmosphere is very calming and the stylists are very professional. They take an uniquely meticulous approach with creates a great style.

Great discovery. I was able to book the appointment late on Saturday night for Sunday and the salon were super accommodating when I called to change the time. Lovely decor, staff and an excellent haircut at a really fair price. I'd highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.
