I didn't exactly get the cut of asked for. She didn't take much off the length and cut fringe too short and my hair was styled very differently to what I asked for.
However my hair felt nice and soft afterwards.

I had a full head of highlights. I am very happy with the colour, which was also great value for money. The stylist was also lovely. My only issue was that the stylist had agreed to fit someone else in around me at the last minute, which meant that there was a lot of sitting around in between stages of treatment. I was at the salon for 4 hours in total, which seems excessive when I wasn't even having my hair cut.
