I love That Hair Place - I always get so many comments from friends and strangers for weeks after my cut - Anna is super quick but pays a lot of attention to detail - she knows exactly what she's doing and couldn't think of getting my hair cut anywhere else now! Reasonably priced, and my kind of place - not pretentious but friendly and welcoming!

The hair was terribly uneven, I asked multiple times to have it corrected and got my face shape criticised in reply. Not only a bad hair cut, but a really unpleasant visit.

I had high hopes because the shop was so lovely looking, and went in for a basic hair cut, hoping to walk out with it looking cleaner and easier to manage.
It’s the worst hair cut I’ve ever had, with absolutely no style or shape whatsoever.
I could have done this cut at home on my own or had my husband do it.
Everyone in the salon was pleasant, but not overly friendly.
I’ve since heard that the salon is closing down; unfortunately I wouldn’t have gone back anyway.
