I booked my appointment late on Sat night for first thing on Sun morning as I had a posh do that evening, so wanted to look the business. I was pretty late to the salon, and they were very flexible and nice about it. Klaudia did my cut and blowdry, and she is incredibly thorough and committed. In fact, I don't think I've ever had my hair done by someone so precise, and also informative - telling me what she was doing and why. I trusted my hair in her hands straight away, and I wasn't disappointed. The cut is great, and the time she spent blow drying in a glam fashion paid off, and three days later it still looks swish. I'll be back!

They give really great advice and some of the best haircuts I've ever had- really listen to what I want. Also they always have wine.
