The massage was incredible and the studio had a lovely atmosphere!! Only four stars because I booked for what was advertised as a 45 min massage only when I arrived I was told that it was only 30 mins, and disappointingly only received such. This was also after my appointment was postponed by 3 hours. Nonetheless, the massage was great; just wish it was longer as I thought it would be.

Wow this is really the perfect gift!
What an experience 😄. Super attentive and personal and we were exclusively in the hot tub for the whole booking. Never happened to me whilst booking a spa unless it was located in my hotel room which this is not.

I am extremely grateful for the wonderful massages I have received at this spa. In my opinion, it is the best spa in London, without a doubt. You simply cannot find a service like this anywhere else. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a hidden gem located in a historic part of London. I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning surroundings and the kindness that we have received on our Couples Massage on January 3rd. Prior to my anniversary dinner, I also had a facial, which left my skin glowing for two weeks or more. I highly recommend this place
