My 3rd visit and I also enjoy the treatments. Reason for a lower-than-expected rating is because in the room I was in, I was constantly disturbed by some scratching noise either coming from next door or upstairs. That really spoiled my treatment this time. Also, the floor could do with a good mop. Very sticky when walking barefoot.

I received a call 45 minutes before the appointment time (midday) to say that I would have to come in the evening as the therapist was busy. As I had already gone into town, I insisted that they do it and they did manage to find someone.
The place was nice and clean and the therapist was nice but the part where they pull up an end of the wax in preparation for pulling off the strip was much more painful than I have experienced before. Final result was not great and there were some hairs left. I would not rush back!

Location was easy to fine with only short walk from the tube. The wax was painless and the staff were very friendly.
