The overall experience was good, my therapist good but the rest of the staff had severe communication issues and didn't tell each other what was going on. I got called 4 time about different appointment times and they dont seem to be able to cope when busy periods occur.considering i got a tranquility treatment there wasnt muxh tranquility at all.

I have been to this place before for a massage and it was very good. So I thought I'd try them for my waxing and again they did a good job. Small comfy venue with a warm ambiance. The atmosphere is relaxing and staff is polite and friendly.

It's a nice small place with very friendly staff. But I guess it's more popular for the massage service rather than facial service. I chose a facial treatment, but the staff seems to put too much strength on messaging my face, which made me feel a little painful at some point, at which I had to ask her to be softer. The foot massage, however, was much better feeling..
