The room was not quiet enough. I heard a customer outside arguing and I was disappointed as this ruined my experience during my massage for relaxation. Don't get me wrong the massage was great and I have been coming here for several times now, but the incident with the customer outside my massage room was extremely disruptive and I was disappointed that it affected my massage experience and massage time:
