Good afternoon, I just came here to complain to the salon, because I believe I have the right to do so! I'm not the only person to go through this situation and have this negative experience with you.
I put my eyelashes there and it was a terrible job, the same day they started falling out and hurting, I sent a message to try to resolve it and you didn't even respond to me at first, then you claimed you couldn't do anything about it, I asked to take it off because You were the one who put it in and you still wanted to charge me for it, absurd!
Not to mention the poor treatment of customers
I did balayage with Rafaela and after a few different salons she did exactly what I want and my hair is very healthy now. Amazing …the best results that I have had .Thank you
Honestly one of the best hair salon with affordable price! I’ve done hair keratin yesterday at 10am and this lady was very gentle and always checking on me to make sure I’m okay. Guys highly recommended!
I went to get highlights and they ruined my hair, I had to pay again for another professional to fix my hair, I don't recommend it.
I had facials with Juliane,all I can say I'm amazed, the best facial I ever had,she's the best👌
