The hairdresser was amazing. would be going back as the hair stylist was a real darling, very caring and very knowledgeable.

Honestly one of the best hair salon with affordable price! I’ve done hair keratin yesterday at 10am and this lady was very gentle and always checking on me to make sure I’m okay. Guys highly recommended!
COMPLETELY IGNORED by them… I went for a lymphatic massage and had to wait 30min as the therapist still did not finish the client she had booked before my appointment. After that, I wanted to book a second appointment but was completely ignored and I decided to write this review since I really needed the massages as I am post-op.
Therefore, I am extremely unsatisfied as they did not even have the decency to reply back at all and was just left on read (TWO weeks have gone by now).
It was already hard enough as they could not communicate with me in English but I tried my best to contact them in Portuguese and I was still ignored!!!
This is easily the best keratin treatment that I’ve ever had. My hair is so smooth, even though it has been bleached countless times, the amazing Filipe did an absolutely great job. Besides that, everyone is super sweet, and they are very polite with all the clients. I definitely recommend this place!
