I don't have enough words to describe how pleased I am after my trip to the salon. I've get there with a very damaged hair and Rafaela did a fabulous, fantastic job! Her hands are magical, her calmness and warm smile makes you feel confident and comfortable. Many, many thanks for the wonderful work, Rafaela and to the lovely staff.
I went in wanting to do a blonde balayage, a hair cut, eyebrows and a facial. It was suggested to me by my mother-in-law who always had perfect treatment from the salon, so I expected the same. I don't speak Portuguese, I am not Brazilian, and I think due to this they refused to give a proper service. I had to wait 2 hours until someone even made a start on my hair and they ended up telling me that my hair would not lift and wanted to charge me 30£ extra for the service which should already be included in my original total of 215£. The colour ended up lifting fine and my hair was still made darker than necessary, there is literally no "highlight" in my hair. Not to mention that the people were rude, not to mention the fact barely anyone spoke english. The few people which did refused to do my hair. I ended up leaving the salon very late with a headache and stress, I do not recommend, at least not for someone who is not Brazilian!
Great place! Quick responses on WhatsApp, was able to get a slot for the following week, everyone was lovely at the salon, especially Thais who did my hair, she was very sweet and helpful, I really appreciated her work, my hair looks great, just like I wanted it. Will definitely be returning soon! Thanks xx
Good afternoon, I just came here to complain to the salon, because I believe I have the right to do so! I'm not the only person to go through this situation and have this negative experience with you.
I put my eyelashes there and it was a terrible job, the same day they started falling out and hurting, I sent a message to try to resolve it and you didn't even respond to me at first, then you claimed you couldn't do anything about it, I asked to take it off because You were the one who put it in and you still wanted to charge me for it, absurd!
Not to mention the poor treatment of customers
I recently visited Tatiane Krul to change my hair color with a balayage, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The salon has a welcoming atmosphere.
The team of professionals is truly talented. Cris is amazing and she took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great advice on the best approach for my hair. The balayage technique they used turned out beautifully—my hair looks shine and I loved the new color.
