This salon was unclean and left my nails in acetone so long it burned my skin. Nail painting was uneven and patchy. The technician left polish all over my fingers. Filing was uneven. We booked in for two separate appointments totalling fifty minutes but was there for 1hr 40mins. Will not be returning.

I asked for more waxing service that wasn’t included in the booking for half arm and underarm, what they charge was double the price of the extra waxing and their explanation was it’s either the arm or the under arm. Ended paying extra £20 instead of £10. Not convinced as the description of the service is misleading and imply that both arm and under arm shall be included for the same price. Other salons include all what’s in the service without this kind of dividing the service which makes it over priced in this case, would made sense if separated the 2 services.
