I turned up and they had no record of my appointment so had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for a nail technician to show up - was made to feel so awkward and unwelcome. Nail technician was very rough and cut lots of my skin with the nail file. There was very very poor selection of shades available and the base coat, nail polish and top coat were all gloopy and old and made my nails look horrible. I will never ever return.

Excellent service, really good manicure - thorough without being rough, very caring and considerate Nails looked the best they have looked in years and will definitely go back

Really nice relaxing environment and clean venue. Hidden gem which is bigger on the inside than the outside! Therapist was very professional and created a comfortable environment.
