My nails are so lumpy, thick and unevenly shaped. They were also sore for days afterwards and a couple of my fingers are still healing from cuts made during filing. Really disappointed, wish I had read the reviews and stuck with my normal salon. With the £10 extra charge for gel it is not even much cheaper and quality is severely compromised, sorry!

When I arrived they had double booked and only had one nail technician working so sent me away for an hour. When I got back they kept me waiting for another 45 minutes while they had someone come in especially to do my nails. I wasn’t offered a drink or anything. Good nail technician but wasn’t finished until 4.15 when appt was booked for 1.15. She finished the acrylics and I had to tell her I’d paint them myself at home because I was out of time.
