Got to the venue 10 minutes before my appointment to find out my hairdresser didn't even know she had an appointment so I waited for 40 minutes for her to arrive.
When she finally arrived and I was seated to wash my hair another member of staff stopped her and came to the sink with a kitchen sponge as apparently the sing was still dirty and they quickly cleaned it whilst my head was still on there.
I left three hours between when my appointment was meant to start and when I had to start work. By the time they had washed my hair and cut it I didn't have time to correct her on how short I wanted my hair to actually be cut.
Despite taking quite sometime to cut my hair my fringe was wonky and strands left uncut

The service was great. My therapist was Mari and she helped me relieve a lot of tension with a deep tissue massage! She was very pleasant and professional and provided me with helpful tips on how to reduce tension in my neck, back and shoulders. Would highly recommend this place and look forward to my next treatment.
