Decent pedicure, nice location. I booked for a specific time (between a train & an event) & chose this venue because the time I needed was available. She called me on the day & asked if I could come 2 hours earlier, which I couldn't. Then kept pressing me to come earlier - the most I could offer was 30mins, but even then I wasn't sure if the train would be on time (it wasn't, so I arrived just 15 mins early) & I don't think she was happy about it. Not sure why she had the time listed as available if it didn't work for her - she should block out times so they're not bookable if she doesn't want to have people book them!

The service was very poor and the shellac peeled off within a few days. The lady who did my nails was more interested in her whatsapp messages than doing my nails. In between doing my nails she would play her whatsapp voice notes on loud speaker and kept responding to messages. When it was time to pay she said the card machine was broken and asked if I could go to a cash machine down the road. I came back with £20 and she tried to short change me and not give me my £5 change. When I queried it she said there was no change in the till. Her young daughter then had to help her count out the change. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place for gel nails as it is a waste of £15.
