I loved the staff, they were friendly and helpful. My therapist was kind and alsways thinking about my experience. However I had problems with the perming, She did nothing wrong, but it was that my eyelashes were in her words 'strong & thick' and so my perm did not last. It went down within 3 days, when it's supposed to last up to 6 weeks. I won't get mine permed again, and I feel they should decline perming if the clients lashes are like this, otherwise they risk client dissatisfaction.
