Leaving four stars as the beautician was good but I didn’t get the treatment I ordered!!
Walked in and the receptionist checked if it was a Brazilian wax, I said “Yes”. Got to the treatment room and the lady doing my wax was lovely and very thorough.
I let her get on with it, and was shocked when I looked down to see she’d given me a Hollywood wax (the first of my life!)
Ensure that the receptionist and your beautician have liaised; and even repeat to your beautician what you want. I’ve used the salon before and never had an issue. To the beautician’s credit (I didn’t catch her name), she did a very good job. Too good a job.
