Great result and lovely staff but the salon is far from luxurious. My appointments also got delayed by more than 45 mins (they sent me emails confirming changes while I was sat waiting in the salon!). Luckily I wasn’t in a rush on that occasion...

The way that Ellis does the massage leaves
Me feeling more balanced. I had a leg injury a year ago and didn’t realize that I was compensating with my other leg hence the pain on the lower back. Felt completely different after my second massage! Have booked 3 more to fix the problem permanently
