I really like the salon and it has a lot of potential! There were a few teething issues with the new booking system which wasn't handled in the best way by the receptionist, but the lovely Mauritanian lady, who I believe is woman in charge, is impeccable however and she did everything she could to please everyone.
The lady who did my manicure/pedicure was lovely but I didn't love her style, my cuticles weren't tidy enough, my toe nails were cut too short so they're now hurting and she filed my fingernails so aggressively they kept bending and two of them later in the day broke from the pressure even if I had Shellac nail polish. She missed out doing my hand massage as part of the treatment too and the foot massage was pretty much just moisturising my legs. She did a fab job with buffing my feet though - they're super supple! My friends were really happy with their mani/pedi - when you book maybe tell them exactly what you want done so they can allocate the best therapist to the specific job. I will definitely come back - but am likely to request the Mauritanian lady for her service! Super cute!
Another good massage from Ying Thai. This was the first time I'd visited with their new larger premises, which now have more space for foot washing but also merges with a nail bar (only downside to this is the smell!).
