Good overall experience as usual. Would have preferred not to have been pushed to pay for the massage once I arrived, as previously they were happy with me paying after the massage instead. But overall, good experience as usual.

Really pleasant experience - my masseuse didn't speak much but gave a really good massage, she knew where all the knotted areas were and how to work the muscles out. My only gripe would be that the treatment rooms and very well sound proofed, as you could hear people outside walking and talking very loudly.
