Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. The bikini wax was incredibly painful (got burned marks in the bikini area). The beautician couldn't get the wax off the bikini area and ended up hurting me. I had to stop the treatment, she was very polite and nice lady but I am never going back for a waxing treatment. Massages are very good, hopefully they will improve the overall services offer.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Nails soaked off and shellac applied. It was OK. Not as good as my regular place, but a week later they are still looking fresh. Hand massage at the end was lovely

It is a little chaotic in here sometimes- there was confusion about which room I was going in to, and my therapist stopped half way through to check something outside. BUT the massage was great! Really good for relieving knots and tension - I will be going back
