Worst experience ever. Iram poked, prodded and scratched me with her nails. Despite explaining I have cervical spine disease and cannot keep my chin almost touching my chest, she repeatedly demanded “head down,” causing painful neck spasms. She made nasty comments about how little hair I had left and how damaged it was, then refused the haircut included in my prepaid package. I’ve always been complimented on my hair. I left humiliated, traumatised and in pain.

Karmen cut my hair short style, very happy with the result. She was professional and cordial. I felt uncomfortable of totally inappropriate behaviour the male stylist argued angrily at Reception and at Karmen particularly in front of clients.
