This is the second blow dry I have had by Karmen , I have extensions and my hair is thick ! Karmen is the best at providing a blow dry that not only looks full and bouncy but it looks great days later I didn’t wash my hair for a week last time ! After many years of having bouncy blow dries this is my fav! Rebecca x

The booking experience was easy & we were happy with the service provided.
However, we gave a lower review because there was confusion on the length of my daughter’s hair which leads to higher price compared to the booking made on website.
I booked Level 4 which clearly states till armpit, but stylist insisted that it should be Level 5 which is till elbow. It was grey area coz my daughter’s hair is above elbow but below armpit area. A picture on the website & in store would help for clarity.

I booked Luiz because I was very happy with ny cut tye last time. So I booked him again When I arrived he was busy with another client. I was then asked if someone else could do my treatment. No apology from him that he couldn't or why he couldn't do my appointment. He complained about the young girl for telling him that his client had arruved. All in front of clients. Very unprofessional. The 2 young girls are loveky but too chatty. Not relaxing at all having to listen to them for over 2 hours.
