Karmen always provides the best service. I always get nervous about my hair being cut too short, but with Karmen I know I am in safe hands. She has a friendly personality, and is very polite and knowledgeable. The end to end experience was pleasant. Both the cut and the blow dry were amazing, I got so many comments after!
