The experience was okay but haircut was rushed with clippers and scissors wasent used much. and hair was washed after cut not before.

The hair cut came out nice, the salon was quite dirty, wet towels on chairs, previous clients hair on the floor and on the brushes which were not cleaned
Shay should have been more presentable in terms of appearance, I asked 1 question and I felt like she snapped at me for not fully understanding her
At first she said I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment when actually she was free. She then offered her service to me after I complained that I had an appointment and I made plans after
