i did caratin smoothing treatment but i get 0% result. my hair is still like before i had, it is not even smooth and it is very disappointing me and not worth the 124 pounds spending.

He understood the assignment! I didn’t want to lose much in length but I wanted layers around face and still be able to tie it up. He understood what I wanted and even advised me how short I can go with layers which wouldn’t stop me from tying it up. Thanks codi love my new haircut

The guy at the reception was quite rude and unfriendly.
I booked online as their prices were higher at the salon.
I booked for wash cut and blow dry with moisturising boost treatment. However i only got basic blow dry. The lady who did my haircut was friendly and on asking she explained that there is no moisturising boost treatment we do just basic blowdry and it’s just for show online.
I was really disappointed as i paid more for the treatment. I should have asked my money back.

I went in for a hair cut & blow dry . Diana really listened to what i asked for and did a pretty good job . The overall service itself was very professional and the staff were welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for haircut and styling .
