Even though I booked an appointment I had to wait 30 mins to start. I arrived and nobody paid any attention to me, was asked to wait and nobody was giving me an update. After I asked 3 times they said I will be the next one. What’s the point of booking an appointment if they won’t respect the schedule and you have to wait anyways for 30 mins.
