The waxing felt rushed and I was left to finish off the last steps like cleaning and applying oil on arms because they had a client waiting. One of my underarms was extra sensitive after the wax. I appreciate that I was accommodated at the last minute but I would still expect the complete service.

While the place offers affordable services, threading was more painful than usual. I got gel manicure and pedicure done and paid £10 extra to get French tips done however, my manicure started to chip off from some fingers within 2-3 days. They were kind enough to fix it but the same nail has chipped off again within 2-3 days of them fixing it. And no, I haven’t done any chores like washing dishes.

Lady was lovely and comforting however she dropped the wax stick with wax on it on the floor and proceeded to continue with my wax without changing the wax stick, my vagina has appeared with spots due to this.
