Great service & knowledge from Naz - everything else about this salon including the other staff was awful. Waited 20 mins after my appointment time without anyone acknowledging me, or telling me how long the wait was going to be; I arrived 40 mins early I was told I’m going to have to wait until my appointment time but when I came back I had to wait for 20 mins. The staff at this salon need serious customer service training.
