Staff are friendly, prompt and listen to what I want. I had the Yuka straightener. Elena takes time over my hair and I don't feel rushed. I had tea and magazines and my hair turned out beautifully. I will definitely go there next time.

Not overly happy. Some hairs were missed. She kept telling me to point out if anything was missed, which I found a bit strange, as surely she can see better than me (especially the back of my legs). Won't be returning.

Went for an eyebrow tint and eyelash tint - have previously had brow tint here and it was great. This time, while I am happy with the end result of the tint, the experience was unpleasant, with a different staff member than last time. The appointment should have taken 30 minutes if that, but she fluffed around applying it all, and instead of leaving me with the tint on for 15 minutes, she left me for at least half an hour, without checking on me, I think to attend to someone's hair. I couldn't get up or move due to the tint on my eyes so I couldn't see anything. By the time she got back to me my eyes were stinging. She removed the tint but didn't have any water on hand to wash the stinging away. The eye brow was patchy, so she (reluctantly) reapplied for 5 mins. By the time I walked out it had be an hour and 10 minutes - thankfully I had no specific plans afterwards but I was very annoyed at how long it took and the dealing with the staff member. I would only go back if I knew it wasn't going to be her treating me - I didnt know her name unfortunately!

Absolutely butchered my hair and rather than layers in my curly hair I've got a fringe and just big clumps of hair which will take a very long time to grow out. I would not recommend this salon, especially if you have curly hair.
