My initial booking for 12pm was moved to 3pm. The therapist was 15 minutes late and then when I was shown to the treatment room I was told that it was small, not a positive first impression.
I had asked for a firm pressure deep tissue massage but it was not very firm.
The room barely had enough space for the therapist so the bed had to be constantly be moved.
The treatment room had an open ceiling so everything that was said in the next room could be heard which did not help the ambience of the treatment. Not a very suitable location for a treatment
