Staff are friendly, prompt and listen to what I want. I had the Yuka straightener. Elena takes time over my hair and I don't feel rushed. I had tea and magazines and my hair turned out beautifully. I will definitely go there next time.

Not overly happy. Some hairs were missed. She kept telling me to point out if anything was missed, which I found a bit strange, as surely she can see better than me (especially the back of my legs). Won't be returning.
