She was too harsh even though I told her my skin is sensitive please be gentle but she didn’t listen to me and after one week I literally been through skin irritation, redness, and so much pain so i genuinely don’t want her to do waxing for me when i book my next session thank you

wow I am shocked how good and so professional this salon is no wonder they have over 6k reviews!!
I purchased a 1hour facial for £35 not knowing what to actually expect but I am truly blown away. Excellent facial better then high end clinics that charge ridiculous prices
