Very comfortable chairs in the waiting room, where I waited for about 10 minutes as they seemed to be running behind but did apologise. It was lovely to be asked how I like my name pronounced and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The back facial was very thorough and due to interruptions ended up taking a while longer. But that was fine with me. Only other thing I’d point out is that the rooms aren’t very sound proof and the smoke alarm (?!) batteries need to be changed.
