I booked a salon experience to treat myself after not cutting my hair for over a year due Covid. The person who cut my hair was another person than the one i selected on the app. I asked a trim of my split ends and framing my face, result hair cut uneven and hair lenght above shoulder (i had them middle back length).
Staff unprofessional, arguing with each other in the middle of the shop, in front of the customer. Place unclean and overall really bad experience.
