Warm atmosphere, welcoming and experienced practitioner. If you have never tried Reiki then just relax, it's a great experience at the hands of an expert. Besides helping to ease some of my pain, I had the best nights sleep I'd had for ages. I have made another appointment for next month.

Stepping Stones "The Venue" = 45 minutes of me-time heaven. Jemma has been soothing my journey while I have been training for a sponsored sea swim next month. Every few weeks I present her with my battered shoulders, back and neck, and she gently puts me back together again. The new venue is calming and soothing and Jemma is veey friendly and knowledgeable.

Hi, I'm Jemma I'm the face behind Stepping Stones Holistic Health. My own healing journey led me to explore a range of therapies that helped me reconnect with myself—and now I’m here to support you in doing the same. I’m a qualified Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist, and Massage Therapist, whilst also studying a professional diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Everything I offer is something that’s helped me personally, and I truly believe in the power of these gentle but powerful approaches, each bespoke and personalised to your ever need. As a single parent, I understand how easy it is to put your own well-being on the back burner while caring for others. That’s why I’ve created a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, feel supported, and take time just for you—physically, emotionally, and mentally. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter, reading, learning, or soaking up nature—especially near the water, which always brings me peace. I look forward to welcoming you into a space filled with warmth, kindness, and support—where you can relax, heal, and simply be.
