Overall, the experience was okay. The receptionist/hostess was lovely, but the actual treatment was slightly disappointing. The nail lady wasn't very attentive, which resulted in a lack of precision and care during the manicure and pedicure. The polish application was rushed, leading to uneven coats and my gel nails chipped within 2 days.

got a last minute appointment but it was all good.
I think the stylist wasn't working for long at the salon but nonetheless she did a great job, and she was very quick too.

Great cut and blow dry, thank you!
Never had my hair so straight in my life so that was a nice change. Stylist listened to everything I asked for and was super quick. I only wish she was more gentle and slower as she burnt both of my ears.
