Obviously it was quite messy but I came in the evening and it looked like they were having a busy day so it’s alright. My hairdresser definitely knew what he was doing and was reasonable so I was very happy with what I got. Music was a bit loud too but that could just be me.

My stylist had stiletto nails, it was quite a rough wash and I had to ask to be more careful. He started cutting the bob without a hair parting - I had to ask otherwise the bob would not be straight; he used his nails to do it!
The final result was not great as it was not straight.
