Never in my life have I experienced my own hair colourist bleaching my OWN TOP. I booked my appointment based on reviews, and don’t get me wrong he does really care about his customers. But he bleached the back of my hair first from the back to the top, and rinsed the back bits first then put the freshly washed bleached hair to the front when it was dripping on top of the cloak, hence why the bleach transferred. Left a huge bleached patch…Wish I was compensated more than just a free haircut!
