The ambience is small and cosy and most importantly clean but the best part was the stuff, really professional and FAST (which when it comes to waxing is quite important) I would definitely recommend it

Splash back on better form. Had a bit of bad luck with a mani/pedi here a few months ago. Lovely staff, very friendly. Couple of rough edges around the tips of the nails, but all in all looks v good (Shellac for pedi really is fantastic. Lasts and lasts.) and they did squeeze me in, so am pretty happy. I'll try Splash again for sure if I'm in town, and really hoping it'll be back to 5* form. I was such a regular here for over a year!
Gel Nails Manicure

Would avoid for nail treatments/ manicure. Had a very bad experience when I had my gel nails taken off (which had also been applied at this salon). I had two nail 'technicians' work on each of my hands - one decided it might be ideal to just file my nail extensions off fully with a nail file, bending my natural nails in the process. I explained it was hurting, & the other nail technician told her to stop and be more careful, but she spoke very little English and didn't seem to care.
My nails were very badly damaged as a result.
The salon itself isn't too bad, though the nail bar is based in the basement and isn't very aesthetically pleasing.
