The salon was roasting hot! Beautician was lovely but hot wax was sore and didn't work very well. Burnt the skin on the side a little.

This was actually the worst wax I have ever had. I requested a hot wax and the waxer used strips on the majority and the smallest amount of how wax.
It was rushed. I still have hairs.
I was trying to change the waxiest just walked in on me.
Instead of leaving me with some privacy to get dressed the waxist cleaned the room whilst I scrambled to get my clothes on.
I am disappointed as I have been here before and was very happy. This time was definitely the worst wax I've had.

I have been here before and albeit I don't go for an 'experience', this time round was very much different sadly. I felt that my wax was not finished off and on further inspection, there were areas that were just left out. I am disappointed and will need to find another local salon now.

I did like the experience. The staff were friendly and took their time. I just prefer the Goodge st branch more.

The salon is really busy and it's a bit hectic so don't go for a relaxing treatment. The lady doing my wax was great though.
