The staff are so lovely and friendly. They made sure I was happy with what they had done to my nails and were happy to change it if I wasn't. My nails still look great (has been two weeks now). Only slight complaint is the salon is quite loud and very busy but it's not a big problem.

Average pedi.. alot of care went into it, but one of nails is wonky! Would still recommend as the staff are very friendly.

My third time visiting splash soho, excellent location for quick treatments during my lunch break or after work. I had a different beautician to last time, who did not use hot wax as requested for the whole appointment. I was left slightly patchy and very sticky after.

Worst wax I've ever have. Half the hair was left on and I had to epilate when I got home. The lady who did it took 10 minutes of a 30 minute appointment and just walked out when done, not even asking me if I was happy. I was not. In fairness, she was lovely but that was the only positive. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.
