I wasn’t given the hairstylist that I had booked with and wasn’t even given the treatment I booked for either - neither did my friend. It was a very rushed experience and the stylist was really rough with my hair, just overall not a nice experience

I’ll be honest my hairdresser didn’t have the best attitude. I felt as if she didn’t want to be there, looked at my long hair and said “it’s too much” and sighed. Made me feel a bit like she’s doing me a favour. The cut wasn’t exactly the way I asked for it either. Asked for my hair to be straightened and she kept huffing telling me no it needs to be blow dried… During the bloody she kept burning my scalp. The cut isn’t terrible but not what I wanted. Will not be returning to this hairdresser.
