I had been several times to this establishment and overall satisfaction was okay. However this time the technician wasn't very professional and she cut the top of one eyebrow much shorter than the other one! Also her english seemed basic so I wasn't sure if she was really understanding me.

Great service, on a quiet night in Covent Garden. Faultless shellac, only annoyance is having to pay for a take off that takes 2 mins.

Another different beauty therapist on this visit - I don't mind so much but you just bever know how it's going to go! Brazilian was good, booked an eyebrow shape and normally that means a wax but I few plucks with the tweezers which I didn't like, and my eyebrows didn't look any different than if I'd have done them at home - still highly recommend this place highly though!
