my treatment was to be done by Maria as per email confirmation but she was on the reception and sent me downstairs to a lady called Rocio who was surprised that she'd be doing my treatment. i had an underarm wax and i rated it 2* - it was quite painful due to the lack of good technique and i was left with hairs afterwards which i had to depilate myself .... not what you want when you pay for treatment.

It's always quick and pain free at Splash. The lady I had didn't seem to know what treatment I was having done so I had to tell her as she thought she was done after waxing 1 of the 3 areas I had booked. This showed a lack of communication between the staff. She was apologetic but it was a little awkward!
