The service was good but the salon was hectic and crowded. It was a struggle to move around the salon/get up and down the stairs with my laptop bag. The staff member on reception also permitted several people to jump the queue in front of me (including a girl who took 10 minutes to pick out a shampoo with the receptionist) when I was already running late for my appointment.
