There are a couple of reasons why I decided to rate them very low stars. First, my appointment was for 11:40. I was seen at 12:00. The guy in the reception seemed very sorry about it, but he couldn’t do anything. He told the hairdresser about it, but she delayed it as she was looking after an additional customer. When she finally saw me, it was ok. Hair washing was basically putting shampoo on my hair (not scalp). Then as she was cutting, I told her I don’t like/want the hair to straight at the back/bottom. I wanted a long layer cut, with the bottom back part looking like a U shape, rather than straight — which btw, is my old haircut. She said ok ok, but now after checking it out at home, I realised it’s been cut straight at the back. I get that I don’t pay great amount of money and can’t expect amazing service, but I’d say it’s fair that I expected some level of expertise from a hair dresser, right? I am very upset about how my hair looks now. Definitely won’t be coming back.
